Shipping Information

Items are dispatched upon clearance of funds...
UK - items are normally with with you in 7-10 days 
Europe/Rest of World - Items can take up to 1 week longer.

Under normal circumstances these times are the maximum that items should take to reach you. However, every effort is made to get your order to you earlier than these times.

CUSTOMS CHARGES


Items that are shipped outside of the Europe Union may incur additional fees, taxes, tarifs, duties, or customs charges. Since I cannot predict or calculate these charges, the buyer is responsible for their payment should they occur. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 15 days after you have received your order.

You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.



If something happens to your package upon delivery and your purchase arrives damaged, please contact me prior to leaving feedback so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence of the damage caused on delivery may be required.
